We believe it is important to get to know each other well. Without knowing you, it is also difficult to deliver a product with real added value. Before we get started with the web portal, we get to know your organization during one or more sessions. By listening carefully and gathering information about your organization, we are able to ultimately create a digital solution that truly suits your organization and contributes to online growth. During the session(s) we take note of your wishes, requirements and goals and together draw up a plan. Your knowledge of the organization combined with our digital knowledge ensures a well thought-out online strategy that forms the basis of the new web portal.
In order to fully design the portal according to the wants and needs of the end users, it is important to have a good understanding of them. Personas can be fictional customers, but also employees of the organization.
If there is no clear target group yet, we schedule a persona session. Through a collaborative, interactive assignment we map the behavior, needs, problems and frustrations of the end user. We carry out this assignment with a group of 3 to 8 people. We do this with employees who have the most contact with the end user or the end users themselves!
If the problem and its intended solution are not yet clear, we'll schedule a design sprint. A design sprint consists identifying the problem, coming up with innovative solutions, building a prototype and testing it with the target group.
A design sprint is designed to test innovative ideas, in a shorter period of time. This is a process of (usually) a few days, we do this with a team that includes everyone needed to make a decision. The steps we go through in a design sprint can normally take several months. By setting aside time in everyone's schedules, this can be done much more efficiently.
We gather a team with multiple functions, the whole week is scheduled only the design sprint, so everyone can work focused. All ideas can be discussed and aligned directly with each other.
Throughout the process, we focus on the end user. Based on the wants and needs of the target audience, solutions are being created. In the final phase, feedback is requested directly.
A design sprint gives you the opportunity to learn, but also to be able to fail. Because we work with a prototype that end users can test, you get to the root of the problem faster.
